Itinerary:
January 7. Depart from the U.S. on overnight flight to Cairo.
January 8. Arrive Cairo and transfer to hotel. Enjoy an afternoon at leisure. Welcome dinner tonight for Seven Wonders Club travelers. (D)
January 9. Cairo sightseeing. Tour the Citadel, explore the Egyptian Museum, browse the bazaar of Khan Al-Khalili.
January 10. Fly from Cairo to Luxor and board the Giselle, first class ship and home for the next seven days.
January 10-17. Cruise the incomparable Nile. Visit the Valley of the Kings, including Queen Hatshepsut Temple. Visit Temple of Dendera, Temple of Luxor, Temple of Horus. Tour the Aswan High Dam, enjoy a felucca sailing. Visit Abu Simbel and Kom Ombu Temple. Enjoy a Sound and Light Show at the Temple of Isis.
January 17. Return flight to Cairo. Enjoy dinner in the home of a local family. (B/D)
January 18. Great Pyramids at Giza, the Sphinx, Memphis, and Sakkara.
January 19. Return to U.S after this truly memorable journey.
